What are Lightroom Presets?

Lightroom Presets are installable effects for Adobe Lightroom that can quickly and professionally improve your photo with the click of a button. Basically they are pre-recorded photo filters that can be shared and used by any Lightroom user.

What version of Lightroom do I need?

FilterGrade Lightroom Presets are compatible with Adobe Lightroom 4, Lightroom 5, and all the latest versions of Lightroom CC including Lightroom Classic CC (released in 2018). If you run into issues with the presets, please contact us and we’ll resolve them right away.

Can I use Lightroom Presets in Lightroom Mobile?

Lightroom Presets are not supported in Lightroom Mobile. Adobe has mentioned that they have plans to add this in the future, but please note that it is not currently a feature in the Lightroom Mobile App.

What are LUTs?

LUTs are Look Up Tables that altar the Red, Green, and Blue (RGB) color values of an image or frame. Using these look up tables, you can largely improve your video quality and color while saving time with the grading process.

How do I install LUTs?

The great feature with 3D or .cube LUTs is that you can use them in a large number of NLE programs. We have a number of tutorials put together to help you get started with your LUTs.
